Pause the scheduler and let active calls finish before saving. Credentials are encrypted on this server and never shown again. These settings apply to everyone using this CRM.

CRM access security

Restricts the CRM and login page. Include your current public IP. Blank disables the restriction. Signed call callbacks and temporary voice playback links remain reachable so calls keep working. On Hostinger, use the supplied private Caddy proxy configuration.

Choose the voice for calls

Plivo: Plivo speaks and captures replies. Sarvam: Sarvam speaks; Plivo dials and captures replies. Both credentials are kept when you switch. Simulation never calls either speech provider automatically.

Select Sarvam above to use its voice on calls. Plivo credentials and public HTTPS are still required for phone calling. Response recognition uses Plivo. Exotel and private IVR connections need separate adapters.

Opening message for live calls

Off by default: everyone hears the same fixed greeting. Sheet details remain available in the CRM. With Sarvam, each unchanged fixed prompt is generated once and its recording reused. Changing voice or text requires new audio. Phone calling and speech recognition still cost money.

Fixed greeting: यह कॉल myUDAAN से है। मैं ऑटोमेटेड असिस्टेंट हूँ। क्या आप अपनी निर्धारित ड्यूटी के लिए जा रहे हैं?

Available fields: {caregiver_name}, {duty_date}, {duty_time}, {location}. Keep location and duty time. The yes/no/late/stop keypad instructions are appended automatically.

Use Voice test → Load saved opening message → Generate test audio to hear a Sarvam sample. This previews Sarvam audio; Plivo voice selection uses Plivo synthesis during the phone call.
